Policy on unsolicited and speculative CVs
As we are a busy firm, and committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients, we only recruit staff for roles we have internally identified.
Where they have been identified we will advertise those roles on this website.
Due to the volume of speculative and unsolicited CVs we have historically recieved we felt it important and fair to publically state that where we receive such CVs or approaches we cannot commit to responding personally and individually to you.
Our clients are always our highest priority, therefore in order to maintain the service levels we are so proud of, without having to increase our fees, we feel that this policy is the fairest way manage this situation both for our clients and staff
Recruitment Agencies Policy
At The Accounting Studio, we recognise that recruitment agencies fulfil a vital role in the economy. However, here at The Accounting Studio we have a policy of direct recruitment.
We are a busy firm and only recruit for roles we have internally identified and therefore do no welcome speculative CVs or introductions.
This means that any speculative CVs or unsolicited candidate introductions from agencies twill be treated as gifts and such gifts to be utilised by The Accounting Studio as we so choose.
Should our policy on using recruitment agencies change we will either contact recruitment agencies directly, or make a public notice of such change here on our website.
