Discovery Call
15-20 minutes chat where we find out about you and your business. We'll be as helpful as we can and let you know what services we thing would best suit you now and in the future
Proposal & Engagement letter
Following the discovery call we will have a longer call where we present the proposal and send you an online quote and engagement letter. You can approve it online at the click of a button
Anti-money-laundering checks
We are legally required to undertake anti-money-laundering checks on you. This can be done electronically very quickly
Professional Handover
If you have an existing accountant, we will contect them to get them to hand over any information that is required to take over as your accountant. Codes of ethics are in place for all qualified accountants to ensure that this goes smoothly.
Register as your agent
HMRC will only let us act on your behalf if we have been registered as your agent. This is a straightforward process but can take a couple of weeks for them to process
Access Bookkeeping Software
We will set you up with the right accounting software. If you are already using accounting software you will simply need to invite us in. We can provide step by step instructions as to how to do this
