The Accounting Studio is a boutique firm of accountants based in Southampton, Hampshire.
We are in a unique position of having the experience of having worked in practice, in corporate finance, in industry, providing funding through corporate banking and both acquiring, and then running those companies whilst working alongside the management teams of those businesses. We know what it's like to be in all of those positions so can give you a range of perspectives that few other accountants are able to.
Our background in IT and technology sets us apart from the competition - but we know that most solutions are not pure tech solutions, and that no plan, however great it may be on paper, has any value without robust execution and practical implementation. The world is messy and people are complex, and finding the right balance for your business takes a broad understanding of many areas and an appreciation that people really are, still at the heart of what you do; be it employees, customers, supplier, funders or other external stakeholders.

How we help our clients
As well as doing all the things you would imagine a normal accountant would do, such as year end accounts and tax returns, we provide you with a proactive approach to accountancy. This means that as soon as we become aware of something that may be important to you, we will get in contact with you about it, and are constantly thinking about new developments and how they might affect you - this can only be done by first knowing about you and your business.
